What We Cover, County by County

Including the smaller communities that don't get a page of their own but get exactly the same service.

Middlesex County

London itself plus Komoka, Ilderton, Mount Brydges, Dorchester, Thorndale, Lucan, Melbourne, Delaware and Strathroy. Everything here is inside about 30 minutes, so these behave much like a London job — same-day is often realistic and no notice is usually needed.

Elgin County

St. Thomas and Aylmer, plus Port Stanley, Union, Sparta, Belmont and Shedden. A straight run south down Wellington Road. Lakeside cottages and farm properties down towards the shore are all covered on the same terms.

Oxford County

Woodstock plus Ingersoll, Thamesford, Tavistock, Norwich and Embro. Ingersoll and Thamesford sit directly on the 401 between us and Woodstock, which means we're on that corridor regularly and can often combine jobs.

Perth County

Stratford plus St. Marys, Shakespeare, Mitchell and Sebringville. Our longest regular run. St. Marys and Shakespeare sit between us and Stratford, so they're quicker to reach than Stratford itself.

One thing that isn't the same everywhere

Junk removal and pressure washing run across the whole area on identical terms. Winter plowing and salting don't — a snow route has to be reachable within a few hours of a storm ending, so it currently runs in London and Byron only, not the wider four-county area.

The practical stuff about coverage, travel charges and how far is too far.

How far from London do you travel?

LOW Price works within roughly a 65 kilometre radius of London, Ontario, which covers four counties — Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford and Perth. In practice that means everywhere from Strathroy in the west to Woodstock in the east, and from Lucan in the north down to St. Thomas and Aylmer in the south. The furthest regular run is Stratford at about 50 minutes. If you are outside that radius but still in Southwestern Ontario, it is genuinely worth calling (519) 615-2377 and asking, especially for a larger job — we can often make the drive, and if we cannot we will say so plainly.

Do you charge a travel fee for towns outside London?

No. Every town on this page is charged exactly what a London address is charged: a flat $49.99 for a single item, and $175, $350, $525 or $700 depending on how much of the 20-yard trailer the job fills. There is no travel line, no fuel surcharge and no rural minimum. The drive is already built into how LOW Price prices work rather than being added on afterwards. What distance does affect is scheduling — a Stratford job usually needs a day or two of notice, where a London job often does not. Call (519) 615-2377 for a firm number.

My village isn't listed. Do you still come?

Usually, yes. The list on this page is the towns we work in often enough to name, not a boundary fence. Southwestern Ontario has a great many small communities and concession-road addresses that will never appear on a service-area page, and we go to plenty of them. The honest answer depends on two things: how far it actually is, and how big the job is — a full trailer clear-out justifies a longer drive than a single mattress does. Do you do rural and farm properties?

Yes, and they are a regular part of the work, particularly out towards Strathroy and across the Perth and Oxford County concessions. Barns, drive sheds, machinery sheds and fence lines are all fair game, and rural clear-outs are usually full-trailer jobs at $700 rather than small pickups. Two things help us: tell us about gate access and how firm the ground is, because a loaded 20-yard trailer needs somewhere solid to sit, and separate any scrap metal if you can. Do snow removal and pressure washing cover the same area?

Pressure washing does — anywhere on this page, at the same per-job quoting as London. Snow removal is different: plowing depends on reaching a route reliably within a few hours of a storm ending, so residential and commercial winter contracts run in London and Byron only, not across all four counties. A driveway in Stratford can't realistically be cleared to the same schedule as one in Byron, so rather than overpromise outside that area we keep the winter route to where we can actually hold the timing.

Can you do same-day service outside London?

It depends how far out you are. St. Thomas and Strathroy are both about 30 minutes away and same-day is realistic there most days. Woodstock at 40 minutes is possible but depends on what else is booked. Stratford at about 50 minutes usually needs a day or two of notice unless we already have work scheduled in Perth County. The towns between — Ilderton, Lucan, Komoka, Dorchester, Mount Brydges, Thorndale — are all inside 30 minutes and behave much like a London job.
