Nothing goes before you've said so

What won't you take on a cleanout?

Hazardous material is the one hard line: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries and anything containing asbestos. Ontario has separate disposal channels for those and LOW Price is not licensed to carry them, so they need to go to a City of London household hazardous waste depot instead — which is free for residents. On an estate cleanout there are almost always a few tins of old paint in the basement, so it is worth setting them aside as you go. Everything else in a normal house, including the awkward things like pianos and hot tubs, we take.
