How much does junk removal cost in London, Ontario?
Single items up to 50 lbs are a flat $49.99. Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our 20-cubic-yard trailer you fill: $175 for a quarter load, $350 for a half, $525 for three quarters and $700 for a full trailer. No hourly rates, no surprise fees.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes. Most days we can be at your place the same day you call, often within a few hours. Call or text (519) 615-2377 and we'll tell you right away what time we can get there. We work 7 AM to 9 PM, every day of the week.
What items will you not take?
We take almost everything — furniture, appliances, mattresses, renovation debris, yard waste and general household junk. What we can't take is hazardous material: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, propane tanks and asbestos. If you're unsure about something in your pile, send a photo and we'll tell you before we come.
Where does my junk actually go?
Not all of it goes to landfill. Anything still usable gets set aside for donation or reuse, scrap metal and appliances go to a metal recycler, and only what's genuinely finished ends up at the transfer station. Ask us on site and we'll tell you what's coming out of your load.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
Not always. If the junk is outside — a driveway, garage, backyard or curb — you can point us at it over the phone and we'll take care of it. For anything inside the house, we'd rather someone is there so nothing goes that shouldn't.
How much fits in a 20-yard trailer?
A full 20-cubic-yard trailer holds roughly a whole garage, a large basement, or a small home's worth of contents — about eight to ten pickup truck loads. Most single-room cleanouts land between a quarter and a half trailer, which is $175 to $350.
Do you remove hot tubs and old decks?
Yes. We break down and haul away old hot tubs, decks, sheds, fences and above-ground pools, including the demolition itself. Those jobs are quoted per job rather than by trailer load because of the tear-down work, and the estimate is always free.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to strip dirt, algae and stains off hard surfaces like concrete driveways, walkways and patios. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead, so it lifts green growth off siding, soffit and painted surfaces without forcing water behind them.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free, whether you want a price over the phone from a photo or an in-person look at the job. You'll know the number before we start, and it doesn't change once the trailer is loaded unless you add to the pile.
What areas outside London do you serve?
Beyond London we regularly work in Strathroy, Stratford, Woodstock, Ilderton, Lucan, Komoka, St. Thomas, Dorchester, Mount Brydges, Thorndale and Aylmer. If your town isn't on that list but you're in Southwestern Ontario, call and ask — we can usually make the drive.

Yes. LOW Price Junk Removal & Pressure Washing Inc. is a licensed, fully insured Ontario company, family-owned and operated out of London. That coverage matters when a crew is carrying a fridge down your stairs or running a pressure washer against your siding.
How far in advance should I book?
Usually you don't need to. Most junk removal jobs get booked same day or next day. Pressure washing is worth a few days' notice in spring and summer when the schedule fills up, and snow removal is best arranged before the first storm.
Do you do snow removal in London, Ontario?
Yes. Through the winter the same crew plows driveways, shovels walkways, front steps and porches by hand, and salts for ice. It's available as a seasonal contract for the whole winter or on a per-visit basis, for homes and for commercial properties.
How much does snow removal cost in London?
Snow removal in London, Ontario is priced per property rather than off a rate card, because a single-car driveway and a long multiple-car driveway with a wraparound walk are not the same job. The price follows the size of the driveway, what you want done (plowing only, or shovelling walkways and steps by hand too, and whether salting is included), and whether you want a seasonal contract for the whole winter or per-visit callouts. Do you salt driveways and walkways as well as clearing them?
Yes. Salting is its own line on the quote, so you can have it on the driveway, on the walk and steps, or on everything. What's left after clearing is a thin film of packed snow, and that's what turns to ice overnight if it isn't salted.
Do you take on commercial snow removal contracts?
We do, and commercial work is quoted separately from residential. Parking lots, storefront sidewalks and entrances have different timing, liability and salting needs, so they have their own page and their own quote form. Routes are set before the season starts.
