What we can't take
Hazardous material is the one hard line: paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries and anything containing asbestos. Ontario has separate disposal channels for those and we're not licensed to carry them. Everything else — send a photo and we'll tell you straight away.

A full 20-cubic-yard trailer holds roughly a whole garage, a large basement, or a small home's worth of contents — about eight to ten pickup truck loads. Most single-room cleanouts land between a quarter and a half trailer, which is $175 to $350.
Do you take mattresses and box springs?
Yes. Mattresses and box springs are one of the most common single items we pick up, and they count toward the flat $49.99 single-item rate if that's all you've got. If they're coming out with the rest of a bedroom, they just go in the trailer load.
Do I have to be home when you arrive?
Not always. If the junk is outside — a driveway, garage, backyard or curb — you can point us at it over the phone and we'll take care of it. For anything inside the house, we'd rather someone is there so nothing goes that shouldn't.
Do you do estate and hoarding cleanouts?
Yes, and we treat both carefully. Estate cleanouts get sorted rather than shovelled, so anything of value or sentiment comes to you first. Hoarding cleanups are done discreetly, at your pace, without judgment and without a crowd of people in the house.
Where does my junk actually go?
Not all of it goes to landfill. Anything still usable is set aside for donation or reuse, scrap metal and appliances go to a metal recycler, and only what's genuinely finished ends up at the transfer station. Ask us on site and we'll tell you what's coming out of your load.
Do you remove hot tubs, decks and sheds?
Yes. We break down and haul away hot tubs, decks, sheds, fences and above-ground pools, including the demolition itself. Those jobs are quoted per job rather than by trailer load because of the tear-down work, and the estimate is still free.
Do you do commercial junk removal?
We do. Offices, retail units, rentals and small industrial spaces all get the same flat trailer pricing, and we can work evenings so your business isn't interrupted. Property managers and landlords make up a good share of our regular work.
